32_Focaccia with Green Olives

This is our take on the Italian classic. This longfermented sourdough focaccia has a deep flavour with a cripsy crust and a deliciously soft crumb. It works wonderfully for a sandwich with a filling of your choice as well as just on it's own. One focaccia weighs approx 420g.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, green olives (green olives, salt, lactic acid),olive oil, salt.
