43_Coffee & Double Chocolate Loaf

Treat yourself or someone else to something special. This morish loaf is the perfect combination of sourdough tang and slightly sweet chocolatey goodness. This indulgent bread is rich in cocoa powder and filled with chunks of dark chocolate. The hint of (decaf) coffee in the background brings it all together. Even our children absolutely love it! One loaf weighs approx 850g.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, coffee (decaf), plain chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecethins (soya)), cocoa powder (cocoa powder, potassium carbonate), sugar, salt. Dusted with rice flour.
