Here is a lovely treat for you. Soft sourdough filled citrusy orange flavour with a sweet, sticky glaze.

One swirl weighs approx 120g.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, milk, butter, sugar, egg, candid orange peel (orange, sugar), marmelade (sugar, bitter oranges, water, brown cane sugar, concentrated lemon juice, gelling agent: fruit pectin), lemon juice, cardamom, salt.
